Jurisdiction and applicable law
A membership enables one user to access the ThinkGrants website and must not be shared with anyone else. Upon receipt of payment the user will be issued with a username and password to log in. Two or more users are unable to login concurrently with the same user details and attempts to do so are logged and monitored by ThinkGrants. Sharing login details may result in the termination of the membership. If you require access for more than one person, you must purchase another membership.
Because ThinkGrants provides intangible knowledge, data and intelligence we do not issue refunds on ThinkGrants memberships or any other ThinkGrants services.
